 The company merges with the following subsidiaries: Quimper, Lorient, Morlaix, Nantes, Vannes, Le Havre.

 Acquisition of Stjh heavy goods vehicle garage in Carvin.

 Opening of the SARL TODD 28 subsidiary in Saint-Quentin Fallavier.

2004:

 Acquisition of Ets Porte in Cournon d’Auvergne.

 Acquisition of 23 GENERAL TRAILERS branches.

2006:

 TODD SAS group together 18 regional companies, General Trailers "Pièces et Services" and a 6000m² central stock facility.
